President Vuçi:: “Recognition of Kosovo is not on the agenda”
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said his country is ready to talk to Kosovo “without deadlines” and “in good faith”, but that mutual recognition is not on the agenda.
“We are ready for talks but there is no white flag,” he told Reuters in an interview.
According to him, dialogue is welcome if it is a dialogue… during which one can see what is possible, what can be compromised – Kosovo Insights reports.
“We believe it is in the interest of Kosovo and the international community to talk about free movement of capital, people and services.”
Talks between Kosovo and Serbia were suspended in 2018.
During the interview, the Serbian president also said that his country would have a balanced approach when it comes to relations with the EU, Russia and China.
